The idea for the Idiot Bond Fan podcast came about when I recently discovered all the wonderful and insightful digital content related to 007....and everything that wasn't being said. Of course, a very off the cuff remark, that recently made headline news, provided some additional inspiration for our title.

Our mission is to provide our listeners with a fresh perspective on James Bond, all there is. A unique look into a variety of Bond topics will be covered with a little bit of controversy thrown in. No stone will go unturned by this Bond expert. We guarantee to leave you more stirred than shaken. Or maybe a little of both?

Our podcast will ask and answer hard questions and propose solutions that may seem out of the box or unconventional. Primarily, our topics will be forward-looking, with a bit of nostalgia mixed in. We hope that even if you don't agree with everything you hear, you'll find that you've stumbled onto a new voice that will offer a set of fresh ideas and expand your Bond passion.

My Bond Journey

I've been a James Bond fan for nearly 40 years. Ever since a young age (six was my first movie, TSWLM), I've been consumed with all things 007. I had a James Bond themed Bar Mitzvah at the tender age of thirteen, and I invited Sean Connery. Living in my own "Bond bubble" for the last three decades has been no easy feat. That is why I am so pleased to have connected with so many of you in the Bond community and look forward to conversing with new faces as a result of this endeavor.

In my professional life, I am the VP of Sales for All Star Dogs, a family business and USA manufacturer of licensed and branded pet products. My wife and young son and I reside in New Jersey. My most prized Bond possession is a letter Cubby Broccoli sent me as a child.
